Help with logging in, downloading documents, and using your Olli account

Logging into your account

Sign in at app.olli.insure. Your Olli account is where everything about your coverage lives: policy documents, certificates, billing, and coverage details. Logging in takes an email and a password, and the email matters: your account is tied to the address you used when you bought your policy, so use that one rather than another address you use elsewhere.

Access Steps:

1

Visit your dashboard

Go to app.olli.insure

2

Email Login

Use the email you used for your policy purchase.

3

Dashboard

Instantly view documents, billing, and coverage limits.

If your login isn't working, the most common cause is trying a different email than the one on the policy. Check your policy confirmation email to see which address the account is under, then use the password reset if you need it. Support can look up your account by business name if you're still stuck.

Downloading certificates

If your policy includes a certificate, you can download it yourself from your dashboard. Open the policy you need proof for and use the Download option on it, since your policy documents live under that policy's detail page. A COI is the one-page summary clients, landlords, and venues ask for as proof of coverage, showing your coverage types, limits, and policy dates.

Download it yourself

If your policy includes a certificate, it's on that policy's detail page.

Ask us for the rest

Specific wording, or naming an additional insured, goes through us and the carrier.

Need a certificate that names a client, or worded the way a contract asks? Send us the wording at support@olli.insure or call 1.610.978.0507 (Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM CST).

If a contract asks for specific certificate wording, or for a client to be named on the certificate as an additional insured, that part isn't self-serve: it goes through us and the carrier, so send us the wording and we'll take it from there. Not sure what those terms mean? The certificate of insurance guide explains each field and who asks for what.

Security & Passwords

Your account protects real policy documents and billing details, so treat its password like a business asset: unique to Olli and stored in a password manager rather than reused from another site. If you ever get an email about account activity you don't recognize, reset your password first and contact support second.

Forgot Password?

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on login
  2. Enter your policy email
  3. Follow the secure reset link in your inbox

The reset link goes to your policy email address. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you're using the email your policy was purchased with. Reset emails only go to the address on the account.

Mobile Access

The platform is fully mobile-optimized, so everything you can do at a desk works from your phone: download certificates, check coverage details, update billing, and file claims. That matters most on job sites. When a site manager wants proof of insurance before letting you start, you can pull up a COI on the spot instead of pushing the job to tomorrow.

There's nothing to install. The dashboard runs in your phone's browser, so bookmarking it puts your policy one tap away. It's the full experience rather than a cut-down one, which is what you want when someone is standing there waiting on proof of coverage.

What documents can I find in my dashboard?

Your dashboard holds every document your business is likely to be asked for: full policy documents with the actual terms and exclusions, certificates of insurance, invoices and payment receipts, and a coverage summary with your limits. Everything downloads as a PDF you can save or send.

Two habits worth building: download your policy documents once and keep a copy with your business records, and pull your payment receipts at tax time, since your accountant may want your premium payments documented with the rest of your business expenses.

How do I update my email or contact details?

Sign in first: once you're logged in, some details are editable in your dashboard. For anything you can't change there, including your email or phone, our team can get you sorted. Keep the email current above all: it's both your login and where policy documents, renewal notices, and billing alerts are sent, so a stale address means missed notices about your own coverage.

Changing details about the business itself (address, services, revenue) is a policy update rather than an account update; see managing your policy for how those changes work.
